I have recieved a bunch of mail stating the desire to have black switch knobs as opposed to the polished knobs. Speak your mind!

Silver knob is OK, now if i could get a remote mount LED to mount in sight I would know at a glance what position the knob was in. I could also watch the self test at start up. Then it would be perfect in my opinion!!!!!

So hypothetically speaking of course, what if we madea compromise? What if you could get a switch with a remote LED, BUT... ... . it would only show you the switch settings and not the startup routine or diagnostics?

There may be black knobs available in the future?

I would love a small black push button switch with a LED indicator. Something discreet that could be mounted anywhere. I like the switch below (from a remote control car radio). Sorry the pic is so small.

It's from KO Propo. About 7/8"Lx1/2"Wx3/8"T

The above switch uses a couple of LED's to indicate on/off and low batt.

Something similar w/o mounting tabs would seem ideal to me. Just a small piece of servo tape and you're done.

Personally I like the way it is but with a black knob. I don't want an led on all the time showing the setting. The diagnostic routine may come in handy if something goes wrong and taking a look under the dash is no big deal for that.

If you ad a remote led, putting it on a tail so it can be hidden or made visible would satisfy both sides.

That would work great for me, the start up test was just a bonus, I have complete faith the box is working everytime I hit the throttle!! Oo.

I was just thinking the exact same thing. That would be sweeeet!

I bought a set of Radio Shack Knobs (1 /1/2 " Communicatoins-Type) Control Knobs (274-402) @ 1. 79 (Black) and add some indefifcation tape, I already had. The knob had a slot to show the color Green,Orane,Red) . I would have put some pictures up but a young lady side swiped me and my baby is at the body shop.

I Would Like To Have A Switch That Shows Me At A Glance What Position Im In As Well. Not Having This Has Been My Only Dissapointment Thus Far. Wheres That Lcd Display?
