The results are in. I'm a dumb-azz. It isn't the cam bearing that flows the oil it is the cam. The cam is cross drilled 90 degrees apart. All I needed to do was to rotate the engine a few degrees because the oil galleys are not 90 degrees apart. So I have totally disassembled the engine for nothing and had to buy another rebuild gasket set. I have confirmed the oil galleys aren't clogged though, so that's something. Wayne and I will definitely not say we told you so:p J/K. In the end it's better to know 100% and not have lingering doubts. That project will be worth it!

Don't worry, you are in good company. When I rebuilt the 301 in my 57 Belvedere (which took about 1 year to get the time to complete) I didn't have any oil pressure. I found that I never put in one of the galley plugs. Yes, I now double/triple check that.
