New Rules ....

OMG... West Coast Customs...

Met my first real life TDR member today. :) I really thought you guys were a bunch of bespectaled Walter Middys with pocket protectors, pounding away at the key boards with alter ego dreams of Motor Head City. Oh yeah, with a few good ol' boys sprinkled in for good measure. :-laf

Paul Knapp drove up from Pinedale and we met at Hoback Junction. I helped him out by taking a used BD ebrake off his hands for a princely sum, and thus, improved the safety of his premises with less clutter. Won't work with his PDR HX40  (green envy). He's got one of those moded-out 12vs that I can only aspire to - a piece at a time.

We spent probably an hour swapping CTD tales in the snow-slash-rain with a little wind (it's WY - of course there was wind). Paul had to be one of those guys who stands around in the inclement elements wearing only a hooded sweat shirt, warm as toast (hood not up). Whilst I wear a vest, Carhardtt jacket, and winter hat - chatter, chatter. This dog either needs more meat on his bones or has to keep moving.

Dang, it was a pleasure to meet him! WY hospitality :)

I get ridiculed anytime I bring up my TDR "friends". Probably because I have more TDR "friends" than real ones. And I've only met 2 of them in-person (klenger and JHardwick).

Good story OTD. People always look at me funny when I say I met "him"(a TDR member) on the Internet :-laf

Yeah, you should have seen my friends, last year, when we went up to Rampart with Nick. Of course, the asked where i found any freinds since we hadn't been allowed out yet, so i said, "oh, you know, i met these guys over the net". They didn't think it was safe to go with ya'll, espicially to shoot guns. Funny stuff.

Same thing happened when i went the TDR Christmas party in Den with SamsRams. The TDR is great! :D

Jason, get back here just as soon as you can. We blundered the goin' away gathering, we'll make it up with a coming back party and we'll be sure the Whitmore's are there and bring some of their shrimp/bacon/jalepeno kabobs.

Those kabobs were awesome. So were the oysters.

The dodge is doing fine out here on the east coast but she is a total pavement princess. I went from breaking my seat due to off road activites in WYO to the daily highway commute. Plus, everything rusts out here. I mean everthing.

Hope things are great in WYO for everyone. A come back party would be great!
