So for a while now I have noticed that I need mode peddle to do the same. Feels "heavy". Today the truck just died... wait5 5 minutes ran a few miles, died. Made it to the dealership tho.
Funny part here is that 800 miles ago (2 weeks), while I was out of town getting the water pump replaced, I asked them to check out he lift pump, explained my loss of power issue. They said things were fine. Cost me $80 to have that checked and u-joints "checked".
Question, do they remove the LP to do a test? or do they use the drain hose for a "flow/psi test'? Could they have known it was bad then? or do they just "go'?
When it went the second time, I noticed a puff a white smoke. Assuming this would be normal...
I'm rather livid right now that the truck's down after I had stuff tested a few weeks ago.
Curious, do I purchase the replacement for htem to replace? or do I let them warrenty an intake pump? how much trouble is the intank pump to replace with a FASS down the line?
