Here's some pictures of my new buggy. It's a HO/48RE, and I absolutely love this thing. BTW, anything else real important to check besides the underside fluids? You guys just using the Mopar gear oil to top off or something else?

Read this post https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=68166 Before you add any fluid so you know if the axle is really low.



If it is low I would use the Mopar synthetic thats in there. In my other '03 I changed to Amsoil in the rear only because I had topped the axle off with dino lube the dealer gave me (they did not know at the time that 03's were factory filled with syn). As soon as I found out it was suppose to be synthetic I changed it.



Some other guys have used Mobil 1 but I would think if you went to the dealer for fluid because it's low they would give you the fluid for nothing.

That was fast. Just a short time ago you were thinking about it and BAMMO you got it. Good job. I wish i was in the position to do it. Now the details. Where did you go to get it? and if you dont mind me asking, How much? the reason i am being so nosey is that i have in-laws in tri-cities oregon/wash area and will need there assistance to get an HO. Still deciding on 48re and 6 speed.

What color is it as it looks too dark for silver and too light for graphite. It sure is a beauty and don't forget all the details on options and future bombs( needs a 2 inch spacer and at least 3157017 BFG's)

I was going to order one, then that baby showed up and I just happened to stop by and look at trucks in stock. It was all down hill from there... I bought it here.



This is the 3rd rig I've bought, all from the same salesman. His name is Ken Kirby, he's a fellow CTD owner (his is even bombed). I paid $500 over invoice, but if you order they cut you a better deal. I could have done better on price, but nobody else would give me a decent trade value. Nice thing about OR is no tax.
