Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) yet another p1693 code

This morning for fun i thought i would check my codes (key on,off, on) and i pulled a P1693 code. Truck started fine and ran great. I did a search on TDR about the code, and it seems everyone who has had this code also had the check engine light on as well. I do not have the Light. Any idea what that means





Truck runs great. I had the LP replaced about 3-4 months ago but have had no problems.

1693 is just telling you to look in the companion module for a dtc. So if you found the code in the pcm go look in the ecm and vise versa. Not all dtcs turn on the mil light.
