I am in need of a yoke for my truck. It is the one on the rear differential. I am going to try and get a used one, but need to know which ones will work. I know all the U-joints are the same, just not sure about the yokes.

Jason,

I sheared two bolts in the rear yoke and had to get it replaced. Mine is a 70. I had real good service from American Powertrain or Drivetrain in Ocala FL. Orville is the owner and quickly got the part. They replaced it. I think it was on w/ more than 300 ft/lbs. There was no way I could have done it at home. I see that WI is a long way away, there must be a Dana drivetrain shop closer that can fix you up. What about one of the heavy truck places along 90/94?

Been there!

I tried to get it off with a socket and breaker bar. No Go. It is definatly tight. I been in contact with a Dana dealer in the area he is locating on right know. Dodge wants $180 for one. Dont know about Dana's price yet.

I think the D80 has a Spicer 1410 and the D60 and D70 have

Spicer 1350 yokes.

I installed a 1410 yoke in my D60 axles for my offroad rig. Don't know if D80 pinion is bigger that D60/70.
