does anyone have any measurements, drawings, schematics, or even just good pics of the brackets needed for mounting a york compressor to a 3rd gen. i'm aware that kilby makes a kit for $480 but i'm not real hip to the idea of paying that especially being as how i bout the combo pully from them and after shipping it ran me almost $90. plus i've already got my belts, bolts, etc. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some pics of my Kilby setup in my 03

</a>

I changed the air outlet hose to stainless over nylon one just like they use on a KW. It takes the heat better.

I mounted the air manifold on the back side of the pass battery box

This is when I had to pull my alt for repairs. If you remove the air box it is easy. The charge air tube supplied by Kilby is different from the original for clearance purposes

Thats a kick *** setup all the way around. Nice. Thank you for the pic. So will the factory intercooler tube not work?

I already have a 6' braided stainless line cause i figured that would be the case, but for the price of braided stainless teflon hose i wasn't going to run it all the way back to my tanks.

No the stock tube won't work with the Kilby, the jog in the tube is in a different place. I ran stainless hose from the compressor to the filter, which I mounted behind the right driving light, then back up to the manifold and then to the tank, about 18' in total IIRC. The last 4 feet was a good used piece from a KW. You really only need it for the first part because of the heat, so 6' wold be fine. I still need to mount an air horn :) This system is overkill for sure but in a moment of weakness I bought it when it was on sale. Shad

Come to find out the intercooler tube is 3". I had hell finding a shop that could bend me one like i needed so i ended up cutting it apart and welding it back together the way i needed it to be.
