a few pics of our 5500 toter and 5th wheel, truck body, boat, and quad rack set up in back of trailer home built of aluminum in our home shop

I guess you can take it all with you. Looks like you could show me how to get 10 gallons of... . into a five gallon bucket!:-laf

Nice set up.

At what spped do you hit the jump at to get the 2nd fourwheeler on top of the first in the 5th wheel?? And do you jump off or just duck????

loading the 4 wheelers

there is a tilting rack in the trailer with winches top and bottom and a hyd cyl to tilt it, load the top one first, tilt it forward and load the other one. as you can see in the pics we were loading up in oregon and unloading in arizona (god its nice down here) probably go fishing today---rich

Hi There, I just realized you are local to me. You are the one who had another rack for sale in the classifieds.

Enjoy the sunshine where ever you are at.

As JCasper said, definately creative thinking.

All looks well engineered and built, and I too would be curious to know what your loaded weights are. Had it over some scales yet?

HP

weight is a little over 32k with full fuel (110 gals) and some water, was definitly working the 3500 to death, at 80k i was starting to see it, carrier brg, u joints and such, 5500 is a real pleasure to pull with but it cost about 2 mpg,( around 9 mpg) onely have 7500 miles and it will probably get a little better. we dont use it much except to tow with so will have to live with it--rich

casper, yes i am the one, the rack is still hanging in the shop at home, i guess i am the onely one crazy enough to think i need to take everything i might need, i am in az about an hour east of pheonix in tonto basin and its blue sky and middle 60s, not much to do here, just ride 4 wheelers or go fishing or sit around bsing with some other old grey haired guys(the ones that have hair) and mayby tip a cold one now and then. be home sometime in april, we will have to get together--rich
