New Little Giant Ladder - Comments

Alright guys, I know not everyone dips, rubs, chews, but just for sake of curiosity and an attempt to end my personal boredom, I'm gonna try this out. Post your preference.

Chew - Lancaster or Levi Garrett

Snuff - Copenhagen Fine Cut or Skoal Original Wintergreen Fine Cut

Well, being that I work for U. S. Smokeless Tobacco, Copenhagen Snuff is one of my favorites, Although like Kissfan, I do like the FC Wintergreen as well. . I love Copenhagen, but it tears my lip up. I have to switch back and forth, and sometimes just do pouches. When I am at work, and inside doing paperwork or in a meeting, I have some other products that we sample, that are excellent for people in the office. Just my $. 02 worth!

I can't stand snuff/dip, but took a liking to Red Man Silver while I was in Iraq - apparently someone thought we were nicotine-deprived and sent us an entire box of it - like 48 bags I think. Wasn't the manufacturer either... . :D

Yea Chris I know just what ya mean by Copenhagen tearin up your lip, it does mine too, The wintergreen Skoal usually comes out about there... Just on curiosity what does come out in the office? Have ya got to try the new Cope brand line stuff yet, that hickory flavored stuff sounds pretty good. Wish it come out sooner than September though...

We have a few products, more specifically targeted towards smokers, however, I seem to convince alot of people that when you're inside, they are the way to go. . They claim that they are spitless and smokeless, however, I like flavor, and end up putting about 4-6 little bandit sized packets in my mouth, which in turn makes me have to spit. . Not sure if you remember, but do you recall the Skoal Flavor Packs from the late 90's?? They came in a white can, and had cinnamon and spearmint?? Well, these are basically the same, but now they also have wintergreen as well. They taste far better than Skoal Wintergreen for some reason, and the cinnamon is really good!! It's a brand called Revel, not sure if you've heard of it, but it's not too bad. . Anyways, if y'all want to know more, just shoot me a PM. . I have not heard anything about any new flavors of Copenhagen, so that's news to me. . Anyways, Just thought I would chime back in on here!

Sweet thread! All leaf for me. Dont like the fine stuff to messy;)

Have tried Levi

Mail pouch

Lancaster

Days work

Redman

Redman Golden blend

Redman select

and am now sporting the trial packages of:

Copenhagen Snuff for me. Mellow flavor so I can "gut" it. Definitely nasty to wake up with a dip in from the night before though.

quit over 20 years ago before the explosion of flavors and brands of snuff, but at the time it was original skoal for me and either beechnut or redman for a big chew. Hardly ever have an urge for a cigarette (quit smoking before I really started dipping) but I still have an urge for a dip or chew occasionally.

Grizzly Long Cut Wintergreen - less than half the price of Skoal... . Some tobacco companies remind me of the Oil companies.

Maybe so, but you do indeed get what you pay for, as far as quality. Your premium products come from the tip of the leaf, where any stem material is not to be found. The further down the leaf you go towards the stem, the cheaper the product. I have to attend meetings once or twice a year, so I have to know about my tobacco products, even though it is a part time job for me. Just thought I would share my knowledge and enlighten y'all.

nothin worse then stopping at a place for some leaf in a pouch only to find out they must not have a high turnover rate cause its kinda dry. Anyone have much success tryin to ge some moisture back into the stuff?
