About the only thing you can absolutely count on when one of the major news outfits reports that type of story is that its going to be "warped" to fit their adgenda!
Remember the "god ain't it awful" expose on meat package expiration date changing ?
Guess I'd better describe it for the new guys or ones who missed my post on it a year or so ago.
One of the major networks news mag. programs---one with
a number and time interval in the name, ---did a "god aint it awfull" program where they showed employees of a southern grocery chain changing the expiration date on packages of meat.
Well, the grocery chain did not take it lying down as the great news talking head assumed and sued the network and the program and its officers in Federal court where following available proceedures, they were able to get a list of the networks employees both before and after the filming of the great expose.
GUESS WHAT?
Those awfull employees of the grocery chain who did the dirty deeds showed up as employees of the network both BEFORE and AFTER the filming was done!
A complete fraud by good old , well, they have lots more money than I do, so guess I would be wise to omit the name, but you will see him blathering away as one of the BIG names on that network.
And you can bet you did not see that reported on any of the other networks!!!
Take what you see on the networks with a big grain of salt till you get the rest of the story, its likely to be significantly different than the slant they put on it.
