This is a new E rated tire by Mickey Thompson that just came out this year. They seem to have the same Backorder Issue as the Toyo M/T. Has anyone ran this tire on there truck yet? Please give feedback!

I called them a few weeks ago about 17's. They said they will most likely produce them in the future, and they would mimic the Dick Cepek Fun Country II sizes in 17". A buddy of mine has some 20" ones on his DMAX. They are AWESOME looking tires. Not sure how they will wear, but they sure do look good. He's only got a couple hundread miles on them.

I've got a set of these on my truck and I like them. I had the 35" Toyo M/T's on my last truck and the ATZ's have a higher pitched whine which is not as pleasant as the Toyo's, but it doesn't bother me. They are holding up well and they look good. See my gallery for pics.

Hrmm, those must be the 305/65/17's???

Why did you change from the Toyo MT's?

Would you say the MTZ's are more loud or same with just higher pitch?

Nope, they are 325/60R 18's (33" tall x 13" wide).

I sold the 35's when I took my KORE suspension off after I hurt my back and needed the money. I sold the truck shortly after that. I loved the tires and suspension.

I would say the volume is the same, but the pitch of the noise is definitely higher.

Thanks for the info. I decided to get the Toyo M/T's, first M/T tire since 1985 for me. I am sure they have come a long way since then! Hope I didn't make a mistake.
