AMSOIL dealers, please read...

I ordered some fluids for my 02 CTD. Everything was OK except they sent me 5 qts of "HP Injector" fluid instead of the MTF for my NV5600. I checked my packing slip and I DID order the correct fluid. They just packed it wrong. When I called I kept getting transfered from this person to the next and did not get a streight answer on how to resolve this. Am I to asume that they won't ship the correct fluid until this incorrect stuff is returned??? Please give me the name of someone I can talk too and a phone # Thanks!

Just send it back to you closest distributor with the packing slip and ask for a credit.

I tend to missorder all the time , I just send it back with a little note asking for a credit. And In the meantime I reorder the right stuff.

I have since talked to a local AMSOIL dealer. It was NOT that I ordered the incorrect stuff, they mis packaged and sent me the wrong stuff. My packing slip is CORRECT.

Nope, I didn't enter Tucson this year. GOing to stay a bit closer to home I think until Summer. I teach High School so I am pretty much bound to calif until Summer. I will probably come to Buckeye In APril. :-laf

I've had that happen a couple of times also. I called the Amsoil orders only line, gave them the order number, and they shipped me the right product (no additional charge). They'll send UPS with a call tag (free to you, Amsoil picks up the cost) to return the wrong product. Make sure it's boxed and ready to return though.

Yes, finally got through and thats what they said. . going to ship out a new order to me today and send the call tag. Will box up when I get home!

AMSOIL also had a local rep call me from my area I guess. He left me a message at home. He said he was my "Direct AMSOIL rep" and that if I wanted to order further product to call him. But Duluth Diesel here on TDR told me how to be a direct buyer myself. Thanks!

My brother was a direct buyer for a little while. Supposedly he got the same deal as a regular dealer. He now buys from a local dealer and pays less than he did when "buying direct". I get my Amsoil from the same guy. Maybe we get a little break 'cause we order 55gal. of the enigne oil at a time
