One of my biggest gripes about the Industrial Injection turbos is that installation info is non-existent. Through many e-mails with II, I was not able to get any useful information other than, "Just replace the turbo with the new one and contact us if you have any questions. " Thanks guys.

It was also difficult to get useful information here on TDR. :(

I agree I purchased my SPS62 about a year ago and called II and complained about the non-existent installation instructions and what a PIA installing it.

I don't recall who I talked to, but they assured me there would be installation instructions available to new customers in the near future. I see everyone is still waiting! What gives???

Yeah Right... .....

Great turbo, but those folks are sure proud of their products. $$$$$$$$ :-laf

you should be able to call any of there dealers and im sure they would be happy to help you with the install. or at least talk you through it.

That would be great if the dealers worked evenings and weekends. Also, having instructions in hand before the installation, we can get properly prepared before the job.

Good instructions would also include tips and tricks on how to remove or install various components and hardware. Unless I'm on the phone with some guy for a couple hours, it's just not the same... and he'd probably tell me that I should use XXX wrench to remove the nut, and it's a bit difficult to run down to Sears with both of my turbos sitting on the bench.
