Very simple question, is the stock exhaust manifold the exact same from 03 to 07?

My book has them the same Part # up to 06. don"t know about 07. the 6. 7 is diffidently different.

That's all I needed to know. Mainly if an 04 stock was identical to an 06 stock manifold. Thanks!

Wait A second, I have one Book same #, Identifix Has Two 03/04 508693AA ,05/06 513788AB, I think the 513788AB just supersedes 508693AA. I hate this when it happens.

The MSRP on 508693AA $237. 00 / 513788AB MSRP $155. 00 Go figure.

simple answer: no. In 2004. 5, Cummins went to a thicker flange for less warpage. Turbo mounting studs are longer. I think they re-did material, thickness elsewhere too. Physically all 2003-7 in 5. 9s can be made to work.

J. Donnelly has it exactly right. They are NOT the same. It was upgraded in 04. 5
