lotta gooses on the wing

I think I asked this before But Any Video Gamers Out There?

My brother is an Audi owner/enthusiast (I also had a '93 S4, and Mack had an '01 A4).

He was on the Audi forum and found this. Here is a wicked crash in England, an RS6 that hit a tree, the driver walked out of it!

Keep in mind, this is ONE CAR, he hit that tree. There is some debate whether the rescue crew cut the car or it happened on impact. I'm not sure, but either way, bad!

No signs of cutting. I think he hit the tree just right and the car was peeled open. Another reason I like a frame under me.

What I can't believe is there's no visible damage to the tree.

England? They're on the wrong side of the road for the islands... Luxembourg, perhaps; at least somewhere on the continent.

27-FEB-07 Driver Survives Accident where Car is Cut in Two

A car, an Audi, was cut in two as the result of a horiffic traffic accident on Friday evening.

The accident happened on the road between Goesdorf and Dahl, shortly after 17:00, when its driver lost control and collided with a roadside tree. The impact broke the car in two.

Amazingly, the driver survived the crash and was found in the wreckage when the emergency services arrived on the scene. It is understood that he walked away from the accident with the aid of ambulance staff. He was later brought to hospital in Wiltz.

The police believe that excessive speed was a contributory factor in the accident.
