Just curious what your opinions are on this box? I have it on an 03 H. O. I think it is the r39 or something, not sure. Just curious what everyone else is running around here. Later im thinking of upgrading my injectors to dynomite, and my turbo to an sps62, along with a fass 150 gph, what do you think??? Just want your opionions on this setup.

I ran TST on My '00 and again on my '03, on my '06 I went to Edge because at the time I thought I liked the display better and I could eliminate buying analog guages, wish I stuck kwith the TST, I will eventually go back with my next truck.
 
I just installed the latest TST R49 on my 05..... It replaced a Quadzilla box..... The Quadzilla worked well and made lots of HP... . and Heat... . High EGT temps and lots of bost 42-43 lbs... . The power was up high in the RPM's... . I had to back out of it so as not to destroy anything..... The TST R49 set on 3/3 and level 1 on Rail Pressure setting towing my loaded Raptor toy hauler runs so much better... ... I drive the truck at 63 mph and just over 2000 rpm's... the power comes at much lower rpm's than the Quadzilla and the motor runs cooler (did not exceed 1250 degrees) and no more than 35 lbs of boost. I am more pleased with this TST R49 than I ever thought I would be... So I get more power where I can use it the most and lower egt's with less boost. :)
 
Upgrade to the R49 and lastest options and it is hard to beat the TST PowerMaxCR. Enough options to run on any mod level and flexibility to support major mods and stack options as needed. I love mine.
 
Love my TST R49AP, i to like the 3/3 setting but i set the rail pres up to 4 and timing to 12* but i dont tow so i just play around on the street, turn that sucker up to 6/3 and WOW! Not sure how the clutch is holdin but it is!:-laf
 
When everyone with the TST controlling rail pressure ever notice surging? I have been testing it out for a few weeks now and have set the P0088 code for high rail pressure but i haven't went past level 3 on the rail pressure setting. Maybe with a modded CP3 it is capable of higher pressures on lower settings of the TST? Does anyone else have a modded pump with the R49
 
I get surging with mine and it's not the newer rail pressure unit.

It does it at some of the higher settings when I go conservative on the pedal. Goes away as soon as you lay into it.

These things occur when you change things for performance and don't open it up.

Yeah i notice it to, hope when i get the GDP 392 Comp kit it will go away!

It hasnt set any codes yet, except there was 2 time that the check engine light came on and when i when to check the codes there was nothin there and after about 20mins the light went out both times! But i must say i love this box as well! And man what a difference alittle pressure and timing makes!
 
I love the TST. I just have the R49 without the newest software programing, i still have the twin flash. I have had absolutly 0 issues with this box. Been solid since day. Fuels hard, chapel and his crew are very friendly and helpfull

I have run several programs and now am able to switch on the fly i know the early twins program makes the turbo "huff" a lot more than the other programs. With the rail pressure controlled by the TST is when i have had issues of codes and not being as smooth as letting the EZ do the pressure.
