Edge Juice W/O Attitude turned up "HOT"

O. K. would it be worth the $100 bucks to send my box to Edge and have it turned up HOT?? Remember this is without the attitude. This would ggive me an extra 20 horse and 50 extra ft. lbs. of torque. Just wondering what you all think??? Dont know how long I can live without my box though:-laf

I don't think its worth it... . buy the attitude and the HOT and you will be SHOCKED at the power.

As seen in my sig. though, I have 50 horse injectors already, Attitude with Hot program and my stock turbo... . well you get the idea... ... ... EGT's

i have ran alot of boxes and the edge hott with the attitude was prolly my favorite and the one that i had the least amount of problems with it. I would reccommend getting the attitude first, i think that you will get an extra 25 hp from just adding the attitude, and then get the hot version loved it

The Hot setting is almost unusable without substantial improvements to the stock airflow. If sending it in for the HOT upgrade means you won't be able to turn the hot setting off, then don't do it. If you don't have an EGT gauge then don't do it. I strongly recommend getting the Attitude or possibly the Quadzilla Commander first. (I've never gotten an answer as to whether the Commander works with a Hot Juice or not. ) You really need the automatic defueling protection based on EGT's before playing with a Hot Juice, *especially* if you haven't upgrade your turbo.

I just got box back today, real quick on Edges part. They seem to be a good company and make excellent products, I just wish their tech support was more knowledgable. Truck runs stronger on all 3 settings just doesnt blow enough smoke for me. I cant figure out why either, 50 hosre injectors 100 horse box and all I get is a little puff of smoke when its stood on

The "REAL" hot version is 180 or so HP.



Remember when edge updates the 04/05/06 juices to the "hot" version, all that do is move #2's prog to #1, #3 to #2, #4 to #3, #5 to #4. and #5 becomes the "HOT" setting.



Kinda half donkey if you as me. They figured it out with the 2nd gen trucks and unlocked a #6 setting.
