Is that referred to as "twin screws"?

they call it a eaton in the description which is a roots type blower(related to the old 2 stroke detroit blowers), a screw type compressor is a internally different design but looks a bit like that on the outside

Here's a thread on a GREAT forums site for diesel Mercs with a bunch of videos - some of these guys are pushing over 480hp to the wheels with the OM606 I6 diesels.



I will own an OM606 Mercedes someday... hopefully sooner than later.



I've been doing some research and it sounds like you can run ~40psi through these things and make 400hp relatively easy.
