I want to increase the efficiency of my current setup (stock) and get about 200 degrees less egt's and be able to move enough air to support 450 rwhp or so. THere are so many turbos! high tech, BD, ATS aurora, GArrett, any ideas? Who makes the most reliable, toughest turbo so I don't have to worry about it grenading on occasional street tire smoking hard drag-type runs, and maybe one day a trip to the real drag strip? I Am looking for more fuel economy when driven responsibly and airflow enough to move from my current 325 rwhp approx. setup to 450 or so rwhp if i go bigger with injectors and a FASS one day.

new turbo

I am running an I. I. SPS62. Have been very happy with the performance, and did notice a drop of 200* in my egts. I am sure others will chime in with other opinions.

a PS 62 would be perfect for what you are trying to do.

i know when i installed my sps66 with my set up it dropped 300* and thats still with my stock exhaust manifold. i used to beable to see over 1500* with the stocker now with the sps66 i cant get over 1250* its really nice.

best part about it i had to buy nothing else to do the job works with all of the stock parts ie, exhaust downpipe (for the manual trucks only), both oil lines, intake, intercoller boots, and so forth.
