I got the big horn edition with the 325's and have about 6000 miles on it and it just started hesitating going into second when driving normal/slow, but when i get on it, it doesn't do it... Took it to the dealer and he said its because of the big tires on it but why wouldn't it have done it 5000 miles ago? It goes into second and falls back out and goes back in etc. . Has anyone else had this problem? The dealer says its the pinion factor but not sure if they're gonna warranty it even since i bought it with the lift and tires

The pinion factor does not cause that !

It is becoming more common all the time. DTT is working on a fix now.

The line pressure in your transmission is too low. My 05 was doing that stock, then with a Suncoast valve body. I now have a Goerend valve body, which has fixed the problem.
