Fass And Bio Diesel

Long story short its not my fass... :) its either my isolator, guage, IP, sucking air, or something else. My Fass pump was getting tired though. I swapped it out for another and my psi hardly fluctuates at all now. I am switching out my isolator tues. so we will see. Then my gauge, and on down the line until its fixed. You should be getting my new warranty card shortly. If I am still puzzled, I will let everyone on here know.

Do you guys have any fittings for a direct mount gauge for the main line running out to the IP or on the fass itself? I want to put a gauge for the psi coming out right at the fass, at my isolator, and in the cab. Thanks, James

This would be your best option.

You could have done a motor update on your pump... . not sure if that is what you did or not... .....
Well it was the isolator, leaking down the back of the fuel line. I checked it once before but I guess I missed it. I think I have my problem fixed but time will tell. Next I will be mounting all of my in line gauges. Thats what I got for the gauge right at the Fass, so I am glad to see thats what you think also. I am going to use a T right under the isolator and put my other gauge there.

I checked all the lines, and just swapped out the actual FASS and filters altogether and re-used my old lines. I didn't have time to have my truck down as its my only vehicle other than my Harley. I will get the motor upgraded when I have the time/money and either keep it as a backup or sell it. What AN- size will work or correspond to 3/8 lines if any?

Where can I get the fittings like the ones on the return line? I want to change the connections on the other two so I can remove the pump if need be without cutting the lines.
