Conoco

Dieselcraft Fuel Stabilizer

Dieselcraft Mfg. produces a magnetic “Fuel Stabilizer” that solves the instability issue by forcing, the protons and neutrons of the hydrogen atoms into a more perfect spin around their axis. This more perfect spin reduces the CLUMPING of the molecules. In tune smaller fuel droplets and a thus a more efficient burn or the fuel. This magnetic field technology is not new. Dieselcraft sells only through a dealer network. Units are available from all diesel engine parts dealers worldwide. If the local dealer does not stock Dieselcraft they should be directed to the company website.

DipetaneUSA

Dipetane has been used in Ireland since 1987 and is now available in the United States. Improve your fleet fuel usage by 15% or more. Other fleet carriers are by using Dipetane, a 100% hydrocarbon liquid fuel treatment. Dipetane improves fuel economy from 11% to 17%, increases power for those long grades, cleans combustion chambers, fuel injectors, tanks and supply lines. One gallon of Dipetane treats 200 gallons of fuel for less than 6 cents per gallon. No Detergents - No Octane Boosters - No Cetane Boosters - No Alcohol - No Heavy Metals. In 15 years of use, there have been no reports of equipment damage due to Dipetane's use. Contact us today.

I've been told, "If it sounds to good to be true, It is. " The price is higher than Standine, or Howes. , But You never know.

My math might be a little off but here is what I calculated.
From the Dipetane add 4 12 oz bottles are $19. 99 plus $9. 99 shipping. Or about $0. 625 per oz. This is supposed to treat about 80 gal. Or 0. 6oz/gal
I have a 60 gal tank so that would be 36oz or an additional $22. 50.
Is it worth the cost? I haven't figured that far yet but not at first glance with the mileage improvment of 10-17%

By my calculations it is about $. 37 per gallon. that raises the fuel costs.
Funny though, here in Southern CA diesel is now cheaper than regular unleaded, 4-12 cts/gal aat the stations that I saw. Thew Flying J website posts even bigger differences.
Wonder how long this will last?

RClark- Two weeks ago, and 150 miles up the coast, diesel was a dime a gallon MORE than the 87 Octane... BUT $2. 999 vs $3. 159 for gas now. Sure has me baffled.
All that said and done, I have had an injector stick... at May Madness fortunately - LOTS of help with diagnosis- and use a "lubricity enhancer" with every fill up. That was the first MM to have the "non petroleum talkers" recommend fuel conditioners.

I would hope Conoco is not associated with the above additive. It sounds along the lines of the magnet on the fuel line.

They track fairley close to each otherand include tax, s & H.
Still expensive. They haven't proven tome that they are worth it-yet.
