It is pretty simple. Here are some steps a guy on the Superchips/Flashpaq forum sent me:
Here are the correct steps.
Take of the negative cables off the battery
Remove the allan head bolt from the center of the Reward, ecm plug.
You will see number markings to locate the correct pin. I belive second column over (from left), 3 row down (Middle row),
Flip the harness over so you have access to the inside, stick a paper clip in the correct port to remove the sealing plug.
Now flipping the harness back over so you are looking at the outside, stick the pigtail into the correct spot, if you put the pigtail in the incorrect spot, you must use a dealer tool to remove it.
Bolt the harness back up to the ecm.
Run your pigtail wire, to either your switch or a ground. I used the bolt that attaches the ecm to the block (no switch).
Once it is all attached correctly.
Feet off the pedals, hit cruise on, set, and it will ramp up to 1100. using the cruise up or down, will change idle up or down.
You must get this featured enabled through your dealer, or through a power module. Bullydog tripledog, and superchips flashpaq.
This worked perfectly with a photo of the right plug on the ECM that was posted on dieseltruckresource.
Thanx.
