Where is the Computer Port

Where is the computer port located that the dealer hooks to to do flashes etc ? I want to put some type of lock on it so nothing is done without my permission.

The OBD II port is located below the steering wheel near the hood release lever.
Just tell the service manager to note on the service request NO ECM FLASHES!
