Honed injectors are available, and they will probably give the least amount of trouble. It took smarty about 3 years to figure out the 3rd gen, and this is much more complicated than that, with the variable turbo, inlet throttle, egr, and exhaust sensors.

Bullydog has a beta programmer for the 6. 7L in the C&C... it's been featured in at least one Diesel Rag... think the truck dynoed 414 at the wheels.

Sorry to burst your bubble. More airflow on a computer controlled (mass air flow) gasser, results in more fuel added to keep a stoichiometric mixture.

The extra fuel+air equals more power.



In a diesel, it's always running lean, (less than stoichiometric) so adding more air makes it even leaner, which lowers EGT (exhaust gas temperature) but does nothing for power.



You now need bigger injectors, or some other way of adding fuel.
