"jumper wire" for high beams on an 07?

I think I read somewhere on here about you can use a jumper wire in the fuse box to keep your low beams on with you high beams. Is this possible with the 07's? What about the fog lights?

My guess is that it can be done, but by the time you have what you want, you'll wish you'd just bought the bright box and been done with it.
