Got the 150/95gph kit for a 05 cummins and was wondering what is the size of the fitting DIPF-1001 i know one side of it is a 3/8s but can't figuire out with the other side is that goes into the pump and where can i get some of those washers that you use that go around that oring and also the oring size? Thanks

You can get them from cummins. When I ordered my cp3 from them I had to buy them seperately. I believe it's 3/8 npt and the other side is 3/8 flare.

Soory dude, I don't have the paper work with me. I am in texas and my paperwork from cummins is at my house in baltimore. The washer is just like the ones in the fass kit.

For the Thread Pitch..... I want to say M12 x 1. 5 to 3/8 Flare for the VP-44 and CP3.

I cant get you a size other than using a mic to measure it.

You know you can just order the DIPF-1001 fitting from a FASS deaer. Dont have to build your own. I have a ton of them and i bet one of our dealers would brake a kit to get you taken care of if i got anther fitting to them to replace it.



BUT i dont just sell the O-ring and washer. It only comes with the Fitting. If i get a free moment today... ill mic the o-ring..... and washer... ...

Im not entirely sure if that Cummins banjo washer/seal will work with our DIPF... . BUT i have never tried either... . if it does..... go for it! That would be an easy fix to this issue.....
