Here's the deal. I like talking to customers, and fielding any questions you guys have... But, I'm only 1 guy.

I've tried publishing a # in the past. I can't get to all of the calls when they come in. But, I can get to all of my emails, and return them with a call if need be in 1 day. Even on Sundays!

I've noticed a quark that happens over the phone. I do it too when I call venders. I inevitably end up calling more than once. I don't mean to but it just happens. I don't know what it is with an email and writing it out, But I can get my issues narrowed down a concise.

I understand emails and voice mails to companies usually go unanswered. I'm on a 1 man mission to change the notion.
