I PURCHASED THE TRUCK AND STARTED PLAYING WITH IT, FIRST WAS PIPES AND LEVEL LIFT, THEN A BIGGER LIFT AND CHIP, THEN TWO CHIPS AND INJ AND TWINS, THEN I BLEW UP THE ENGINE AT 58000 MILES, THEN I REBUILT THE ENGINE AND NOW IT HAS A BIGGER LIFT, BIGGER WHEELS, BIGGER PUMPS, BIGGER CHIPS, BIGGER INJECTORS, AND BIGGER TURBOS ETC ETC ETC, I HAVE NO GRID HEATERS, TRUCK JUST RUNS PRETTY GOOD AND LOOKS PRETTY GOOD TOO, I HAVE OVER 60,000 DOLLARS INTO THE WHOLE TRUCK, AND IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN WHER TO START I COULD HAVE HAD WAY MORE FOR LESS, BUT I LEARN THE HARD WAY AND HAD TO USE THE TRIAL AND ERROR METHOD, NOW, THERE IS NOT A PIECE OF DRIVETRAIN ON MY WHOLE TRUCK THAT I HAVENT HAD MY HANDS IN, I DO MY OWN WORK, I BUILT MY OWN ENGINE, DO ALL MY OWN FABRICATING, I LIKE THE TRUCK, I DEFINITELY KNOW HOW TO WORK ON A COMMON RAIL CUMMINS POWERED DODGE..... THE TRUCK HAS 62000 MILES ON IT NOW AND I WANT TO BUY ANOTHER ONE SOON SO I WILL GARAGE THIS ONE AND MAKE IT A TOY ONLY.....

hey guys I see you've bot 5" exhaust. how does it sound? any audio clips? Muffler or not? Im looking to put a 5" kit on my 06 but I have to plow snow in town with it and I dont want to wake our residents up in the middle of the night

i have no muffler but i have twin turbos so its not real loud, it was pretty loud with a single turbo though hope this helps

I do have a muffler, But like TCluff says twins are quieter than a single.

this is on a single charger. stock truck Im just worried it might be too loud being 5"

Trucks as loud as the amount of fuel you are dumping in.



Friend put a 5" turbo back system on his new 06, it's prolly quieter them mine at WOT since I'm making 150more HP. Stock turbos on both trucks.

the only thing i didnt like was the "drone" at highway speed was terrible,,, put the twins on and it was like magic, gone.
