DD's

I had DD2's in my '99. My idle seemed to lope a little more and mileage was down a little. I had my Cummins tech buddy remove them and I sent them into DD. I received a call a few days later from them stating that two were in need of replacement and that the other four would be balanced to match the replacements. No charge and returned to me in sealed bags within seven days. DD guarantees their injectors for life to the original owner. Great customer service. :)

did they make you good power???

I am running DD Jammer 2s and formerly used the original DD2s. They work very well, smooth, good power (65-75 hp on the dyno), good mpg.

Its hard to say what the injectors did, due to everything else I installed. My water injection is still in the box, I can't seem to get around to installing it. I use the injection system on a blown car I have and it cools the intake charge about 70 degrees. But thats a different animal then our trucks. My pressure pump is stock just running DD's lift pump kit which is just a carter 15lb pump. I have yet to dyno the truck as it sits right now.

DD'2's and power.

Yeah, they're advertised as yielding 80 rwhp I believe. Combined with my EZ box,my '99 dynoed at 299 rwhp and 643 trq. Minimal smoke unless I tromped on it. I replaced them with Don's mach 1. 6's and sold the DD's to a member.
