Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Need some help with my truck

Over the last month my EGT's have increased. At 75mph with the comp off and on flat road EGT's are 950 to 1100 with small hills 1250. With the comp on at 75mph on flat road 1050 to 1200 and small hills 1200 to 1300 all with no loads. Now in the last 1 1/2 weeks the truck misses when I start it up in the morning and after it has for several hours. I can bring the rpm,s up to 1000 and it will clear up in 15 to 20 seconds. During this time that the truck is missing the injection pump is very quiet. Fuel pressure is great and there is a lot more smoke than normal. Now my boost has also dropped. Before I would see 37 to 38 and now I see 28 to 30 and a noticeable loss in power. There are no new mods. Any suggestions please.

Check all your hose's going to Inter cooler and Turbo and check codes.
