what kind of boost #s are u seeing?

I see 10lbs of boost by 1500rpm & 35lbs shortly after. I only see 30lbs with Smarty alone. I towed all day yesterday again & was soooo impressed with this little box. I can't wait until quad releases the race box. It will have no limit to low end fueling & will fuel up to 4k [although I would never go past redline]. I love my Smarty & I'm sure it will have updates coming out. I won't sell it, but it isn't gonna be used for a while by looks of things.

My new Drag comp came in the mail last week & I still haven't installed it. I am enjoying the driveability of this new quad box too much.

do they have a guess as to the release date of the race box yet? I'm looking to get a module for mine sometime soon, but I might hold off to see how guys like the race box. Also, if I don't wanna wait long enough for that one to come out, how does their 120hp Xillerator w/commander work? Is Quad's customer service pretty desent?

I dont think you'll find many people that think quad's anything less than excellent on customer service... he's one of the few that's on tdr and others on a frequent basis.

In my dealings with him his customer service is outstanding... second to none. Quad is a upfront guy and you'll enjoy doing business with his company.

thats good to hear. I was pretty much stuck on getting an edge juice w/att. but after some of the posts ive seen on here of recent customer service experiences with them, I was growing a little aprehencive of going with them. That, and if this new race box coming out is as good as it sounds... .

The tow box that I am running does not tap the wire. It just plugs into the canbus & map sensor... . very simple 2 minute install. It has 3 levels of adjustability on the fly. I'm sure that you will love the tow box... . very impressive little box. The race box does tap the wire.

Didn't you order those 4's last year? I remember reading that you recieved them around the time my wife told me she was pregnant..... the baby is due next week!:-laf Just kidding, but how do you hold off that long? When my injectors arrived..... the ups guy had to step over my air box to hand them to me cause it was half way apart.

I just haven't really had the time to take the truck apart for the swap..... been busy with school, then you work, and start the cycle of eat, sleep, work... . ... . you boys probably know what I mean. Now I will have time coming up but I am having surgery on my foot and could only stand on one leg. That would make things interesting.



Hey I did get that turbo on there so I should get some credit..... I will give myself til the end of summer, the truck runs good now with the new turbo. Once that "I added a new gizmo to the truck and now its faster" thing wears off I will change them out. I think I will be taking a load of bikes to sturgis this year and I am curious to see how it tows. I really haven't put more than 5,000#s behind it with the new charger.



I do want to put an in-line gauge on my FASS so maybe I will change em then... who knows.....

called them today and the rep said maybe mid july
