Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) HTT Stage 3.5- Any Feedback?

Hi, guys, finally made the call to Goerend for a new trans, which means I can get back to the upgrades.



Before I ditch the Big Hoss, I'd like to upgrade the turbo, without losing my turbo-mount brake. Has any one had experiences with HTT's Stage 3. 5 upgrade for the HX35? What kind of internal modifications need to be made for the install, does the turbo body need to be milled, or is it something on the turbine side?



Thanks for any feedback, guys, I've pretty much decided to go the hybrid route, wondering what this set-up up requires in terms of turbo mods.

It's just a Hybred HX35/40 and would work well with a BD Brake or ? A SPS62/80 can be fitted with a Pac Brake or a Jake Brake.

those are prob questions for HTT themselves. i have one of the stages from HTT and I spoke with Dave about the situation and he told me what I needed to do. better to get answers from the horses mouth rather than the other end
