ATS Manifold install

I'm hoping you guys have some tips on how to tighten the socket head cap screws on the ATS manifold??

I have a 5/16" allen wrench and also a 5/16" hex socket and it isn't working. Do I need to get an allen wrench with the ball on the end? Those bolts just seem to be the wrong thing to use... I might just put regular bolts and use a wrench!

I had to use a ball driver allen wrench.

are they a "torx" bolt? look alot like allen but pointier.

I have a whole set of regular 90 degree allen wrenches than I have cut about half the length off the short end so They can get in tight areas. I also have the ball end allens that I use most of the time.

I've lost a few of the allen cap screws- replaced 'em with hex heads. Haven't lost any of them.
