Upstate Diesel Performance

So I got out of work raced up to Saratoga and then got told, "no more truck into the pulls, the field is full but you are welcome to watch" Go scratch!

Sorry Mrsnow that I didn't pull, looks like I may have to go to the Essex County pulls this coming Friday. So for those that watched how were the Saratoga pulls?

Thats alright Tim, we had a pretty good time anyway:)

BTW: I was the guy in the blue 3rd gen who waved to you in town.

Did you have the red and black 2nd gen? If so, you and that Ford were the crowd fovorite. (read lots of smoke)

Also, how did you place in Brookfield last weekend? I was at that pull as well. (spectating)

You are correct Pete, that was the fair and the wheel days are still in september. Are you going to the wheel days?

Andrew, I hope so! But with kids, plans change on a moments notice! #@$%!

DD, Wheel Days is a fun filled event with... ... WHEELS! Truck and tractor pulls, garden tractor pulls, modified pulls. Ever see a garden tractor with a 4 cylinder car engine on it? Displays of antique cars, trucks, tractors, etc.

Vendors, food, beer! ;) What did I forget?

Hillbillys!... and lots of them:-laf

I know I made lots of fans in the Whitney Point area yesterday,LOL.

Seems like their fair was going on and when someone slips into the area with a clean diesel I had people all over it looking it over. I had stopped across from the fairgrounds at Arbys for something to eat and ended up spending an hour chatting with kids, young and old, about the truck and It kinda made my day.

So when I left to go back to I-81 I felt a show for them was in order,LOL. Slipped out of Arbys and onto the main drag, twisted her hard and walked her out in 3rd,rowed fourth and could not see anyone behind me or near the fair fence as they all just seemed to dissappear into the dark black cloud.

So IF a story slips out about that,trust me,its wasn't me,LOL... . Andy

Washington County (Greenwich) at the end of August, but it's on a Sunday night and like the first week in September in Schaghticoke. There are some in between but I don't think I'll make them due to vacation and Daddy duty.

The Washington County one is good, it is big rig night and a bunch of local hill-jacks bring out their trucks and pull them. The pick-up pulls are dually's only that night.
