Bought a 2007 megacab, theres a handle on the drivers pillar, just wondering if theres a pod that will fit 3 gauges there? or will i have to mount else where? Thanks

You'll have to replace the grab handle for a three gauge pod. Check out dieselmanor.com for all your gauge needs. The isspro gauges match perfect and the customer service and tech support are great.

You might want to reconsider those pillar gauges. Very close to the eyes and they make the pillar a lot thicker covering up a lot of intersection space if a woman is pushing a stroller through it.

The older you eyes get, the harder it is to focus in close. I went with the dash pod mount for the above reasons.

My pillar guage does not block my view at all. It is not to close to read also. Matter of fact I think it is the best place to put it. It is right there at eye level and easy to look at. Don't have to look down or up away from the view of your driving sight (overhead mount, center dash console). Then again everyone has thier preference. ;)

I live near you in Bodega Bay. If you want to see how they look on the pillar. Then send me a PM and we can meet somewhere for you to look at them.

Yea, no problem with the pillar mounts. Have them on all three of my diesels. They are now making them matched to the interior plastic color. I figure easier to read than mounting elsewhere...

I agree 100%.

I now have them mounted over my rearview mirror. When I had them on the A post on my old truck, it seemed alot easier to glance at them and back at the road than the set up I have now.

Pillar Mount

I got the 3 gauge pillar mount from Geno's and bailed on the grab bar simply because I really didn't like the thought of mounting them anywhere else. Just a suggestion.

Obstruction of view is minimal if any at all ...

I went with the isspro pillar mount from dieselmanor.com also but they have been on back order a good while. They told me they going to be in on the

20th of august. So i'm waiting patiently.

There's also the Westach combination EGT/Boost gauge that can be mounted on an SRT-10 A-pillar cover, which allows 2 important items to be watched easily while retaining the grab handle. There's pods that mount on the steering column that would house trans temp if needed, and still be fairly visible. No worse than looking at fuel gauge or speedo.
