Does anyone have any contact info with Edge? Name & number would be great. Their website has a RMA form but my EZ is of the old school prior to the chrome stickers being placed on them containing the Edge part #, Version #, Manufacture date, & lot #...

An actual name & telephone # would be great!

Thanks,

My EZ took a dive out of warranty but Edge gave me a reduced price towards another purchase. My EZ started to work only sporadically. My reduced price was probably the retailers wholesale price. Instead of getting another EZ I went with the Comp. The Comp is the same as the EZ in settings one or two. You have to tap the pump wire to use settings 3-5. Add a Smarty to the mix and you get some real power.

Be prepared to have a hell of a time getting through to anyone at Edge. Don't bother to leave a message in the general voicemail because no one will call you back. E-mailing is also an exercise in futility. Trying to get through to Edge is really hit or miss. Once I finally got a hold of a person I experienced even more delays. I asked to have the Comp sent Next Day Air and they sent it Ground Ups instead. I was told several times my EZ would be looked at the next day and it didn't happen. Bottom line, good product crappy support.

What was that reduced price? If it's not significant I guess maybe it'll be time to step up to a Smarty. I've heard good & bad reports about Edge products. My EZ has been acting up for about a year but still ok for use. I've heard of all sorts of problems with the comp however... .
