I have been getting a lot of querrys on how the intake will work on a bone stock truck. No airflow improvements,no fueling etc. Today we Dynoed an 06 2500 4x4,no mods other than a Carli suspension and 35" Toyos. Here is the dyno chart.

Pretty impressive improvements and not seeing any drawbacks. Almost like free power.

I'll definitely be interested in seeing the 2nd gen 24v version's dyno results when they are available as well. I've been focusing on making changes to increase fuel mileage lately and by the looks of the efficiency here it may help in the fuel economy dept also. Just a guess but seems to make sense. .

I would like to see this with one of the heater grid eliminaters. Im guessing the combo would yield even better dyno and MPG numbers.

They are already sold out. :-laf It might be a while. It will be up to individual dealers to offer group buys,AFE only sells wholesale no retail as far as I know.

The test model was completed and initial testing done(24V). I beleive they are waiting on the first article now.

Is the only difference between the 24v and 12v the location of the dipstick line or is there a difference in the mounting points as well?

Same flange just a little diff in the angle/placement of the inlet.
