Sorry, I did not mean his location. I'm wanting to know if he is still making the parts? I want to buy the replacement parts for my steering as it's now driving me crazy as it makes that creaking noise.

I've dealt with him a couple times over the last year and he does seem to dissappear at times but always resurfaces. Family is very big with him and it might just be that. Keep trying... he'll come back sooner or later.
