Valvoline Premium Blue - Where to buy???

I live in Winston-Salem, NC and NONE of the local auto parts stores carry the Premium Blue, nor can they order it. I don't get it!!



I can go to Cummins Atlantic in Greensboro (~30 minute drive), but I was hoping someone could suggest an online source I can order from. I have Googled the hell out of this, but I can't find any sites that sell it online.

The Valvoline distributor for NC is Pugh Oil Company. They are located in Ashboro, NC.

I work for a major competitor so I can not say I have ever tried it. I do run a 5W40 in my truck though.

Dont worry about where to find Valvoline products. Go to Lubricatrion Engineers Oils 8800 for your Diesel and you wount look back- the best on the marget.

It never cease's to amaze me that people spend ten's of thousands of dollars on their trucks and quibble about the cost of the best lubricants. Basing there priorities on convience and Wall Mart oils.

Do your homework, and Ill bet youll switch your lubricants.

I've found it at Auto Zone; however, the best deal is at a Flying J. Buy 2 gallons @$11. 98 each, and get the third gallon free. Hope this helps.

The BEST deal is @ Flying J... . get this,... one case (4 Gal) for $11. 99!!! My nephew just called me and picked up 6 cases for $71. 96 + tax. I'm sure someone is gonna catch some stuff for that. . it has to be a mistake.

May I suggest you look at Amsoil. I actually costs less in the long run and it is a full synthetic. I run it in everything I own. It's great stuff. Visit Amsoil.com. Also they will deliver it directly to your front door.

Rotella costs me way less per mile than Amsoil.

Just my opinion, but run any quality CI-4+ oil, or CJ if you can't find any CI-4.



They are all good oils. If you change them regularly they will do a good job for you. I suppose if you've got an engine turned way up and you're doing sled pulling I'd be more anal about the oil I use.



It's all good if it's got the correct API rating.

Look here, all of these samples are Rotella ... ... ..... the last (3) with lower TBN #'s are CJ oil, all the others are CI oil.
