Hey guy's can anyone tell me if anybody makes a monitoring system for our trucks that just has like EGT,Trans temp, boost,I don't want to mess with adding power I personally don't think the new trucks need any extra but I want to beable to watch things ?#@$%!

just gauges or a little fancy display? BD has one but i dont know anything about it. x-monitor or something like that.

The MSD Dash Hawk. They finally have it working with the CTDs. Also they are suppose to be releasing the EGT kit. The unit just plugs into the OBDII port. It mounts perfectly in the Edge pillar mount.

Ditto... I have the Dashhawk mounted in the Edge 'A' Pillar mount and it works pretty good. It currently gives you transmission temp, boost and as mentioned above soon a EGT kit. Plus some 'Regen' info, speed, coolant temp. You can go here to get some info on it's install on the Cummins 6. 7 V2. 3 Beta Ten! - MSD Ignition Tech Support Forums

Quadzilla Commander : Commander as a stand alone gauge will give you digital monitoring of up to 7 parameters simultaneously and allow you to set your own warning screens.

This is cheaper than having analog gauges installed at the deal and give more info.

My question is, does this install void the warranty? If it's just a digital gauge, I don't see why it would but you know how they can be.

I have the comander and its great. There should be no issuses with warenty, I just had all of my injectors replaced under warenty and they said nothing about it.

Unlike the Commander which I believe requires splicing into some of the factory wires the Dashhawk plugs into the OBD2 port. I have heard but not confirmed that the data from the OBD2 port is slower than the information the Commander provides. The Dashhawk will also display 7 digital parameters on each screen with 11 available screens. It also has the ability to set up staged 'alerts'. DashHawk Vehicle Information Display
