I have been running them through out the spring and summer and not a flash, however when i crest some hills i notice how bright they really are. I put the 6k versions in, they are a little blue, not too bad.

That's surprising to know, sounds like the fog cut off line is working well enough with your HID's Makes me wonder what a 9011 bulb would do in that housing.
I changed out the factory fog light bulbs with Ultra 9005's and now have descent low beam light but the high beam lighting is still very poor even with the BriteBox w/ fog light control. However while towing the other night with the truck riding pretty level I was getting some negative feedback on how bright my fog lights were. To try and improve the 'down the road' high beam vision I have a set of PIAA 2100XT XXTreme lights but still need to get them installed. Hopefully I can get them mounted high enough to do the job without installing a light bar.
I have installed 4 Bosch 500's. I have two wired to come on with the High beams and they help out a bunch. I did not connect the other set because in Virginia you can only run a max of 4 lights at one time. Also I Virginia law prohibits lights installed higher than the stock headlights. I have them slightly even with the headlights.
