I've used Centermatics since 1997 - and now wouldn't be with out them. When I buy new tires I have them balanced by the dealer, but according to Centermatic this isn't necessary.

I have decided to go with Balance Masters. When I inquired of them they want to know the bolt circle and stud size. Does anyone have this info for an 03 3500 dually with 4. 10 gears?

Centramatics Work!

i have extenstive experience with wheel balancers when i purchased new or remounted used tires. . it's called the tire shop. one thing to remember is to buy top quality tires with a life time warranty that includes balancing and rotating anytime. . if the tires give you any vibration when newly mounted take them back for a rebalance. i recently did this with a new set of mich. mtx when they were not smooth running down the highway and also the extreme amount of weights on each wheel (3/4-1 oz). they rebalanced the tires and remounted one, now i have 1/2 or less on each wheel and they run extremly smooth. .

i think of snake oil----- if they were so good you would see them on the big rigs and or on some of the exotic forigen cars. .

sorry for the apperance of a slam but i hate to see anyone taken for a ride. just my opinion

Centramatics are NOT snake oil!!

You need to try them , I ran a set on my Dmax for 300k!! Also they were originally made for big trucks and there are a bunch owner operators and fleets that use them. I got over 100k out of stock goodyears, 120k out of a set of Michelins using them.

I have balance masters on two trucks, they work good and you do not have to balance the tires, in fact you should not have any tire wieghts on at all. If you do, remove them. There is no substitute for rotating tires however, the more you rotate the better your wear pattern will be and the longer your tires will last.

I've got Centramatics on my truck and fifth wheel. Tires stay nice and smooth and no tire vibration at higher speeds.

No snake oil here;)
