What size (diameter and length) speed bleeders do I need for my 2001. 5 4x4 2500? Are the front and back the same size (my luck would be no, LOL).

Want to replace stock bleeders and flush system.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also any opinions on Speed bleeders (good or bad) or any better alternatives out there, please let me know.

Thanks

When it's time for new brakes I plan on getting the speed bleeders at the site listed below. I'm going for the stainless steel bleeders but you can get the steel bleeders for about half the cost of stainless. Part numbers are listed by application:

Automobile Applications

After you get the part number for your truck you can go here to find the dimensions:

Sb3824

The SB3824 (3/8"-24) should work.

I use the SB3824 on my 2K front calipers and a friend uses the same on all his 01 calipers.
