Quadzilla rail pressure gauge fluctuates +/- 400 psi at all times. Normal?

Must be a Quad thing? My Granatelli Outlook typically only varies +/- 10 to 25 psi at any given RPM...



Its hard to get any real close numbers since , even though it appears constant, the truck is still imperceptibly speeding up and slowing down even at cruise.

Plug in a factory scanner to see what is really going on. If the Quad is reacting inaccurately what good is it ?

Fluxing 300psi out of 25k psi is under 2%... . don't think that emiminates the usefulness... at least not for my needs... maybe others need exacting accuracy?
 
I really wanted it to know if I am draining the rail or not with my current or future mods. Sounds like it is acting as it should. Thanks

But +/-400psi at idle can be confusing since the idle pressure is around 6k psi.

:-laf is the Fca acting up or is the gauge acting up. Why have a rp gauge if it is not going to help diagnose Maybe nitpicking a bit but catch my point?

I'll buy that, you can nit pick, you know what to look for, that's not necessairly tru for me... . i primarily use mine to determine when to change fuel filter (fp lower than norm)... and to see how the diff smarty versions impact rp... . 4. 4 is 9kpsi at idle and 25k psi max wot... . 4. 11 is 6k psi idle and 23-24kpsi max wot... .
