Yup. You'll need a bigger turbo to keep it cool and probably a lift pump at the very least. That's assuming you already have guages.

If you get a bigger turbo and a lift pump upgrade, that should support a Hot Juice only. You should not need any CP3 upgrade with just HOT Juice. I support triple stack and 600hp with stock cp3.

Sounds good. Once the turbo is installed, level 6 released and lift pump done, I would also like to add set of 50hp injectors. Will i still be OK with just a pump upgrade?

You will probably be getting close to being able to drain the Rail. Some CP3s seem to handle that level and some do not. The HOT Juice did not seem to fuel hard enough to effect max rail pressure on mine, since it is not designed to add rail pressure. I would add a rail pressure gauge and see what happens before I decided to do a modded cp3. Just the way I would do it.

I've got a Hot Juice and F1 Flux 1 injectors, which are their small ones. I've got a GDP lift pump. I've done the two Relentless Diesel DIY mods to the CP3 and put the T&C Diesel wild fuel rail on my truck. My lightly modded CP3 is not enough to support the Hot Juice. The rail pressure dips from 25kpsi down to 16kpsi under wide open throttle. I've got my Edge backed off to the 5 setting until I can get the CP3 upgraded. I do have an EZ stacked with it and set on 1. I don't know how much extra demand that puts on the CP3.

Before I did the injectors, the Hot Juice was working good, but it does get hot. You have to do a lot with the airflow if you want to drive with it without excess smoke or if you don't want the EGT alarm going off during long accelerations. I wasn't truly happy with it as an everday setting until I did the turbo, camshaft, and intercooler.

Thanks a lot guys. I think my first order of business is to get a fuel pressure gauge. Should've had one long time ago. Thanks again. If anyone else has any input it would be greatly appreciated. :)
