No, they are separate. The Dodge plate is very common in the junkyards. Found on 81-89 Dodge trucks, with about 87-89 being slightly different text/font size.

Btw I think I have a few Dodge plates from those years laying around. Also got a new in box Goat head, but I've got too many 1st gens to get rid of it.

"Chicken truck" references to a decked out Tractor trailer etc... ie millions of lights and goodies . . that duck hood ornament is for a big truck hence the chicken truck reference. .
