Looking to get heated leather seats. Where would be a good place to look?

I had mine done (leather & heated) in S. F. Bay area for about $1500.

Excellent job and about $500 less than the dealers wanted.

IOW it will be worth doing some shopping around.

its not that hard to pull the covers off your OEM seats nor getting them back on like factory had them. if your stock seats are leather you can always run down to the junkyard and pull the covers off leather seats and purchase the heaters.

I second the LeatherSeats.com I've had mine for about 2 years now. I ordered them two-tone with Ram logo embrodry. I had them do the work about 3 months after buying the new '06 Megacab. My employer sent me to Oklahoma City for a couple of weeks. It cost me about 1200 $ installed. I let them mess with the power seat buttons, center console, ect. The installation was 300 $ of the 1200 $. More leather than factory for less $. :D

i believe the piece on the door they sel la piece of leather to glue on if im not mistaken. I looked into seats at leather seats.com. just havent ordered any yet because ive been futzing finishing up motor work prob gonna order them this winter.

When you add the leather seats, make sure you use a good quality leather protectant on them to prevent cracking. I've been using the Lexol brand for 6 years on my truck and no new cracking has developed. Had some minor ones when I bought the truck 1 yr old, but nothing new. I works so well that we decided to stock it.

RHestand & MyDiesel can you post some pics of your interiors? I want to convert my '98 to leather seats eventually, and will do 2-tone. I had leather on my first CTD and my '03 and prefer it over cloth. I assume leatherseats.com sells kits that are full leather vs. leather seating surfaces with vinyl sides and back.
