try turning your rail pressure to 0 if you have it turned up. It seems that they tend to surge with the mods more with the rail pressure turned up.

Tried that. . didn't change a thing... rail on 2 is only like 1500psi more over all that I can tell with the TST box.

I'm going to putz around town today and get a good idea of how exact things drive. Get a good idea of how much smoke tst on 5 makes to generate 1800egt :) Then when I get home I'm going to pull the FCA apart again to make sure things are not sticking and in good condition. plus I didn't drill out the end cap to the FCA, it was close to . 130 cuz when you pop it out you do push some of the metal around, so I'm going to do that as well. see what happens... .

for sure tomorrow I"m going to order a new one, or see if I can source just the cylinder deal part from someone that's already cut.

Wicked diesel has what appears to be a ported outlet deal to the rail from the CP3. I might give them a call in the morning tomorrow and see if I can get that part and what to do about my FCA cylinder.

If all else fails, call to cummins to get a new FCA is going to happen and I"m going to re-try. I have an idea. move my cut a little higher so the more open part is higher in the throttle.

did ya drill the gear box to?

Yep. All ya needed to do was the smaller of the 2 holes according to the measurements there from the site above. The new hole I made was about . 155, the one there is . 160. so I figured that'll be sufficient. Have 2 stainless little nut and bolts that fit. I didn't use a machine screw. The hardest part here was getting the bolt out right next to the motor. Hands and arms don't bend that way :)
